I consider m... read more I go to our Adelaide office every January. Took the opp to seek out this food truck. Couldn't go past that name! Anyway the pulled pork was superb. I consider myself a bit of an aficionado on pulled pork and it was tender tasty and cut the perfect length. Whole set up seemed clean. Staff on their game.

I would recommend everything, but the wings and brisket are the bomb. We have a lot of friends who are equally impressed by one saying that this is the most authentic bbq outside Austin Texas he had tried.
