The pork belly bao is simply fantastic! Soft pillowy bao meets succulent rich meat, and counters with refreshing cucumber, coriander, and hoi sin. I also highly recommend the crunchy rice net crab spring rolls ???? The venue does not seat a large number, so plan accordingly.

Totally hooked on their Pork Belly Banh Mi (Vietnamese roll, pictured right) - just love the combination of the crunch from the pork belly, chilli,  pickled carrot and daikon in a crunchy roll . I've tried the whole menu and my other favourites would have to be their Beef Pho in a cup, Sit-Lo bites (springrolls, pictured at the top) and their Panko Chicken Baos (steamed buns, pictured left)! A cool spot along Bank St with its industrial decor to grab some casual Vietnamese food or a super quick takeaway. I'm definitely a regular at this spot! karylleeats.wordpress.com
