The service was terrible today. The supposed boss told me that they didn't have what I wanted to order and said that as the new boss, I could only order what they had available. I decided to leave and make them wait to serve any new customers. The restaurant had all new staff members.
Have the subway in the last weeks on the way to home at 9 o'clock Wednesdays and each time if there was another price $19, $21 and tonight $24 for exactly the same plus first two times had to explain the order 5 times to get it right and still have it seems wrong as if the staff don't want to be, or worse yet they can't understand if they are busy today but information.
I would recommend having a faster coffee maker at 8am who doesn't engage in conversation with staff. This morning, there were several frustrated customers waiting for their coffee and running late for work. It took 10 minutes to receive an order I had placed on the app, which is not usually a problem when the usual staff members are making coffee. Overall, the service was not satisfactory.
