Mimasu is what I will call Japanese fusion done well. Really liked their nibbles (Lotus root chips free!!, and mini prawns), and their capaccios were done pretty nicely. Their sashimi platter is the highlight for me, particularly their wasabi is not the horseradish filled type that we get in Australia. The desserts are a slight let down. Go for their savoury dishes, maybe skip the dessert.
