My bre... read more Cassoulet was a great way to start the day. Ham hock, duck confit and pulled pork lovingly baked together and topped with goats curd. Rich and wonderful. My breakfast Bloody Mary was fresh and pungent, one of the best I've had. It was served in a chick carafe with a side glass of ice. Eat the house bread, eat the butter. Fresh and warm, welcoming on a winters morning. Rustic French. C'est baguette!
