Was Anonym at Fancy Ices a mag?
I took two young children to Fancy Ices, and was worried that the process used to make the ice cream might take too long for their short attention spans to handle. They chose the rocher and I chose the dairy free pbnuts, and while they started to get a little restless as the final touches were being made to their serves, they still asked for photos of the creations before ploughing into them. We all loved the flavour... View all feedback.

What Anonym dislikes about Fancy Ices:
We were at the Asian restaurant next door had a lot of chilli so need ice cream the Oreo ice cream was great so yum we also had the salt Carmel one it was a bit too sweet but if u can find fancy ice try it View all feedback.

What a great little find at Adelaide China town, located on Field St which is across from the China town gate on gouger st.

This place is dream likeAmazing creations to choose from for dessertI had a Ferraro Roche ice cream which was amazing.

I was curious about their ice cream since I had eaten it made by this process before.

I had a great experience at this restaurant! It was so interesting to watch the staff make our ice creams using liquid nitrogen. The ice cream was delicious, with a smooth and creamy texture.

Tucked away on Field Street near Chinatown, in that new building alongside Metro Oyster Bar and Yen Linh, you will find a lab. An ice cream lab called Fancy Ices, a dessert house offering so much more than ice cream. Watching them make it is a spectacle in itself!. You may be intrigued by smoke and people in goggles and lab coats as you walk past. It’s no smoke machine. It’s liquid nitrogen and that’s how they make their ice cream here. Made to order, it gets churned and frozen on the spot by liquid nitrogen right in front of your eyes. The result? A very smooth and light gelato.
