Description

Breadtop, a popular bakery with locations in Adelaide, offers a variety of baked goods that cater to different tastes. While some find certain items overpriced and question the cleanliness of the trays, others delight in the delicious treats such as almond custard bread, egg tarts, and taro cake. The pearl milk tea and 3 guys drink are also highly recommended, especially for bubble tea enthusiasts. Despite mixed reviews, Breadtop remains a go-to spot for many locals and tourists alike.

I don't mind some of the items here, but I never buy any meat filled buns as I don't understand how they get away with no refrigeration, granted the buns would  just go hard, but surely, the temperatures the meaty items would be exposed on a hot day would probably not be healthy (even with air con). So, I just buy the sweet stuff! I have finally nutted out, which items are nice and which are not so great! I would also have to agree with previous reviewers, that some items are overpriced. I have also noticed in the past, the trays do not look clean, so I just don't buy anything. I have used their brioche burger buns for functions in the past, and they are really good!

Pearl milk tea here is a classic and tastes amazing. 3 guys is also a must try. Staff are nicer if you speak Chinese but service is fairly fast. Would definitely recommend this place for bubble tea in Adelaide!!

After reading below about that taro slush had to dive in & get one. Partly because I was in the area but the main reason was Adelaide is in heatwave mode today 42degrees. Believe me when I say I needed that taro slush which incidentally was amazing

Determined to have a mango slice $6.70 or there is. I thought it was nice with a coffee later when I came home. I cut a piece of it and when it touched my taste buds, I threw it out. it tasted like the smell of an ointment. I cannot describe the taste or smell, but it was absolutely disgusting. disappointed that I spent so much on something ridiculously horrible. it doesn't matter to me if I slaughtered for good quality, but in order to be honest, I wouldn't even take this for free!

I don't like to write negative critikens, but the brot top chinatown is a massive mistake. from rude staff to a fun smell in the load. it is not appealing
