I was in chatime a few times because my friends and I don't have too many problems with it. the military tastes great and so do the fruity tees, but I always have to wait a long time for my order. once I had to wait about 15 minutes, only for two Taro-Milchteas and there was no one in the load.

I believed after militia and did not realize that it was gong cha around the corner I came here. that in melbourne was quite decent, so I expected the same thing here. I ordered the Taro military with pearls and the first swallow made a very bad impression on me. it wasn't as delicious as I expected. it was bland and granular and I don't think the pearls were cooked well. the middle part of it had the hard core and sad, I did not finish the drink and then threw it. I don't think I'm coming back.

As chatime first opened her roasted militia was really good. but in the last months it has gone downhill! I gave it a couple of going to see if it was once...but nope! I was wasted my money because you roasted militia is really diluted and dirty. very disappointed! I am now a fan of coco bubble tea shop that is open next door.

About the franchise in general Pros: - best taro milk tea compared to other franchises around the area (Coco & Gongcha). [Not watery and lacking in taro flavour like Gongcha] - chillers are never a let down and worth the money since they don't finish as quickly as (milk) teas. - Matcha Red Bean Chiller has a good amount of matcha taste in it, unlike other places which only put in a small scoop resulting in a watery taste. - Premium Pearl Milk tea is great for first time drinkers Cons: - used to be good and cheap a few years ago, but the toppings went from 50c to 70c - the menu became smaller since the franchise cut out the Energizers and many other drinks [I used to only order Longan & Red Date] - plastic cups have become thinner Hint: should offer more samples
