Was Hollis Hayes at Burger Theory a mag?
I highly recommend the Truck Burger. The patty is kangaroo and beef and tastes great, very smooth. Not what I was expecting. The tangy mayo goes well. The burgers are on the small size (well priced at so if you are hungry...I recommend the double, which was about The chips were average, the stars is for the burger. The service was friendly and quick. View all feedback.
What Christop Rempel dislikes about Burger Theory:
This place used to be my go to burger joint. When they had the food truck and soon after establishing the bricks and mortar, this place had the best burgers in Adelaide by a mile. Then they changed something and it all turned to ****....I've been there times since the change and was willing to get forgive the once off poor experience, but it was an actual change in their burgers. Now I prefer the much tastier other b... View all feedback.
I have always had a fondness for Burger Theory during my visits to Adelaide over the years. However, last year, it seemed to have declined slightly. This year, I noticed that the packaging and signage had changed, and the burger was excellent. I tried the truck burger, and it was juicy, flavorful, well-constructed, and the fries were hot, crispy, and salty. While the burger was a bit on the salty side, I personally enjoyed it. The service was fast and friendly.
Wow, worth crossing the border for. I had seen this burger house reviewed on SA Weekender in Victoria and decided to hunt it out on a family trip to SA. Glad I did. The best burger I/we have ever eaten. I wish we could have...photographed the flavour. Smash face burgers should be everywhere. The burgers are small and so is the variety BUT you don't need anything more or anything else. Adelaide is famous for its gourmet style burgers and there are plenty of fancy and very tasty ones around but this has to be top of the list. Check out Ebernezer St as well while you are at Burger Theory as burger theory is located on the corner of union and Ebernezer. Really interesting street with a Belgium beer house to finish off your day. This part of Adelaide and Rundle St is a gem in the city. Worth walking past Rundle Mall.
My sister absolutely adores this place and always insists on going there. The staff is very friendly and they are able to make their only veggie burger on the menu vegan if you request it. The fries are also very delicious.
I googled the best Burger joint in Adelaide and kept seeing this place pop up, so I thought I'd try it out, and all I can say is WOW. This has to be the best Burger I have ever had, by far, it was very flavourful, they grind their own beef brisket on premises. I also had the spicy loaded fries which we also amazing
The staff here are super friendly, very knowledgeable and helpful. The menu changed from the last time I had came here and was kind of disappointing. I was really hoping for the old spicy chicken burger, with kimchi on it. The new patty was rather nice, kangaroo and beef blend, the staff even gave me spicy sauce on the burger to bring back a similar feeling to what I had once had. The portion to price ratio is fair and reasonable. I do recommend the truckstop burger. But honestly, I miss the old burgers they had, anyway. Thank you for the burger, the highlight was the staffs ability to work with me to give me the best experience, while explainning everything.
