Was Mae Emard at Corner Tap a mag?
It's a cool little dive with a lot of history and character that comes with that history. The locals were quirky but nice. Pictures of the old town line one of the walls telling the story of Adel. There is a heated patio to smoke on which was an added bonus. I especially like the bar tender Jenna she was a sweetheart. Will definitely be back! View all feedback.

Watching the end of the 2021 Super Bowl the owner, his wife and daughter decided to turn off the sound because they were ready to close up and go home. Mind you it was only 9 o’clock... After spending around $40 IN CASH ONLY WEIRD we felt like we had to chuck our paid last drinks.NOT THE BEST EXPERIENCE WILL NEVER GO BACK. View all feedback.

I passed through town twice and still couldn't figure out how I got there, so I ended up entering from the back. Nancy, the bartender, is fantastic—talking to her is always a pleasure. The locals are incredibly friendly and make me feel right at home, like part of the family.

The atmosphere here is quite nice, but please note it's a cash-only establishment with no card payments accepted—however, there is an ATM available. The prices are reasonable, although the pool tables are positioned a bit too close to the walls.
