The service at this restaurant was extremely slow. We waited in line for about 10 minutes without even speaking to an employee. They served two customers at their window and then closed it without helping the person in front of us. As we were driving away, they reopened the window for us. View all feedback.
Billys has been an icon in adel for years. billy is always so pleasant and personal. the city really loves. her personal is always as pleasant and friendly as she is. the ice and the tasty are always delicious.

Billy’s is a great place to stop for ice cream and a bite to eat. The beef burgers are great! I always love getting a warm brownie sundae. The brownies are homemade and delicious. The owner seems so great. We love stopping here, so good!
