Quite simply the worst chinese restaurant I've ever eaten in . The prawn crackers are wafer thin and tasteless. Bar b q spare ribs absolutely dire and tasteless inferior sauce. The fillet steak cantonese style is disgusting beyond belief. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

You can either choose from the menu or the buffet. We had the buffet and there was so much choice. It was only €11 for all you can eat which I thought was amazing! Staff were so lovely too. Overall an amazing hidden gem!

Lots of dishes to choose from but... read more Was looking for a Chinese buffet and came across this one. Soup to start which was lovely. Then it went down hill from there. Lots of dishes to choose from but the food was quite tasteless with no flavour at all. Duck and pancakes you have to ask for. It was very strange. It came with sliced onion not spring onion, with cubes of duck. There is nothing authentic about this place. Won't be visiting again.

I th... read more We visited last year and the year before and always enjoy our meals here. It's the best Chinese we've found in the Adeje region, and remarkable good value. I think the price this year was 9.50 euros plus 7% tax, so that it comes out between 10 and 11 euros. It's quite a small site and we'd have preferred to be outside where it was a little cooler, but most of the outdoor tables had been booked for a large party (we arrived at 6.30 pm). No air conditioning, but we were perfectly comfortable once seated inside. Food was being replenished all the time, so that it was always hot. The three types of rice are in separate servers at the side, and are easily missed if you don't know the ropes. Two soups and good range of vegetable, meat and chicken dishes, and fruit, ice cream, cake and banana fritters for desert. And as it's a buffet, you keep helping yourself until you can eat no more. As always, staff were cheerful, helpful and unendingly polite they made fresh chips specially for a small child at a neighbouring table. They continued smiling even when diners overloaded their plates with more food than they could possibly eat and the staff had to clear away nearly full plates. I don't think I could do their job with such good grace. Parking is a nightmare. Mandarin Buffet is near the top of the road and just before the corner where the slip road goes off to the motorway. As on each previous visit, I ended up parking round the corner on what amounts to the hard shoulder on the motorway slip road. There's no indication that you're not allowed to park there, and I've never had any problem, but it means that when it's time to leave, I've got to join the motorway and travel half a kilometre in the wrong direction before peeling off and turning round at the next intersection. I count that a tiny inconvenience, more than outweighed by the excellence of the meal.
