Route 50 Saloon - Addyston
Route 50 Saloon
Description
Tucked in Addyston, this no-frills bar delivers a nostalgic, down-to-earth 1970s vibe and wallet-friendly drinks. Its signature cod/monster fish sandwich and legendary onion rings draw regulars, while pool tables, TVs and a booming sound system keep nights lively. Service and portions are often generous, but expect occasional inconsistencies—soggy fries, underfilled sides, undercooked burgers—and limited kitchen hours. No draft beer, but for affordable comfort food and a classic pub atmosphere, it’s a dependable local favorite.

My chips tasted disgusting and were soggy, my tater tot basket was half filled when I payed for a full fill, and my burger wasn't even cooked right. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
Great fish and service. We come here a few times a month and are not disappointed. Reasonable drink prices and pool tables make the visits even better. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4 Recommended dishes: Huge Fish Sandwich, Onion Rings
Came down to support our girl Alyssa. Always a good time and friendly owners and bartenders
The food here is excellent, and there's street parking available. The codfish sandwich is fantastic! We also tried the corn fritters, along with fried mushrooms and pickle chips for a combo appetizer, and everything was delicious. They don’t offer draft beer, but the bar has a cozy atmosphere, lots of televisions, and a great sound system.
