I made a reservation for dinner with colleagues. I even received the request via text to confirm the reservation. When we showed up there was a sign saying closed. I approached a hotel staff member that was working in the lobby bar inquiring about it. She said it’s been closed for TWO YEARS! I explained that I made a reservation through open table. She said that happens all the time and they do not know how to shut it down! Extremely disappointed. Hopefully an open table team member will see this!

We felt very welcomed and all the staff was very friendly. We will be back next year for sure!
