Solid sushi place. Had many seats and they've been in business for a long time, so you know they doing something right. We ordered numerous rolls. The fish was fresh and rice was tasty. They were all good, but not the grilled salmon roll. We also feltlike several rolls were made quickly, and were not consistent in size, or packed loosely. The freshness of the fish was whatmattered the most though. Recommended

We got 3 rolls, edamame and chicken karage. The bill was $55. We got a hole in one roll, a rainbow roll and the devil roll. The devil roll was supposed to be very spicy but it was not. The other 2 rolls were ok but the ingredients could have beenfresher. The avacado was not fresh and the fish was a bit dry (not shiny on top) and it was not sweet like it is when it wasfresh. Overall I think it was overpriced and there was no wow factor. The restaurant itself was pleasant and tranquil and thestaff was nice.

Dinner for two at the sushi bar on a weekday was a pleasant experience. We ordered some sushi and maki. I really enjoyed the mini pickled(? salad the chefs give you in the start of your meal. It?s a good palate cleanser and opener before consuming rawfish. Service was on point and attentive. We did not feel rushed, so that was nice. The food quality is always great, authentic(actually Japanese-owned , and consistent (whether dining in or take out .

The food was rather bland and flavorless. I arrived before closing at 8:30, but that didn’t seem to matter. I’m rating it 2 stars solely because the atmosphere was pleasant and the service was great. The Philadelphia roll was okay, but the fire roll failed to impress.
