Mcdonald's - Addison

The staff at this restaurant is always helpful and well-organized. The place is spotless, especially the bathrooms, which are always impeccably clean. The location is also excellent.

Every time I order from this restaurant, my order is always either incorrect or missing items. I used to work in this industry and understand the procedures. The bags are sealed, but despite using a third-party delivery service, there is no excuse for the lack of competence in food preparation. Perhaps I am being too hopeful in expecting them to correct their mistakes and fulfill my order properly, but it is unacceptable. The staff or manager needs to double-check orders and ensure they are executed accurately.

The children's playground at this restaurant is surprisingly clean and well-maintained, better than expected from a place like McDonald's. I was pleasantly surprised and would rate it a 4 out of 5. However, the nuggets I ordered were disappointing as they were old and cold.

This location is the top note at the midday, people move through the passage quickly and accurately, and with a friendly setting. the nightmare could not be less interested. my drink was not full, and neither was my first to be cold. I waited for 18 minutes, and there were only 4 cars in front of me when I arrived.

I mean, the food is good but the service is always trash. The lobby is almost always closed, they usually have 1 or 2 people working. If you have food missing you have to go all the way to the back of the drive-thru and wait again to get it. The people always have a terrible attitude and are screaming/fighting... but, it's the only placed opened when I get off work, so I have started to think of it as my own personal soap-opera and go just to get a laugh.
