The food and service were outstanding. The orange roughy was cooked to perfection, and the steak medallions were incredibly tender and melted in my mouth. This restaurant is definitely on my list of go-to places when I need to impress someone. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Jaxx Steakhouse:
We had reservations for Valentines day; decided to give this play a try. Showed up 10 minutes early for our reservation only to stand in the entry way for 20 minutes next to people that had been waiting for well over an hour. Need new menus. Half of the items we picked from menu they no longer served. Good overall just wasn’t it. Crab cakes were mainly filling and no crab. Steak had to be sent back twice because when asking for medium I got basically rare then medium rare. Stuffed turkey leg had little to no taste. Not a big issue but was forced to share menus among 6. The weird part is there were a ton of open tables. 8:30 reservation, sat down at 9ish. Jazzy wings were good. Spinach dip was decent. Based on the service I would be back. Based on the food most likely not.
This place was dead when I went at 6 pm for happy hour. The catfish nuggets were mostly breading/crust and the drink was so sweet with juice and no trace of liquor. Even for $5 it was not worth it.
Oxtails weren’t fresh. My stomach was upset after eating. We love DJ’s and this was our first bad experience there.
Food was amazing and server was even better. Chef came out and introduced herself made the experience even better. Will be going back
Mixed reviews on this place so we tried it. Reservation was easy. Not too over crowded. Music was very good. Service was nice. Food was good but lamb chops were not worth the price. Peach cobbler was very watery too much cinnamon. Drinks were hit and miss but over all okay. Bathroom was clean enough. Dress code was casual not as strict as what they state online. I would go back again.
