I should have anticipated issues when we noticed our server chatting with the guests at the table next to us. As we were ready to place our order, they continued their conversation, leaving us to wait. When we finally got to order, the food was excellent, but the service was disappointing. I have faith in Chuy's as a brand, and the food met my expectations, but this location definitely needs improvement. I wonder if the server noticed my irritation throughout the experience since it seemed all positivity ended after the damage was done.

I had called 3 weeks before the time that we came a party of about 20 on May 21 when a going away for a friend came together. we didn't need a party room, just a territory we could all sit together and eat. the manager told me that I heard by e-mail dfw [email protected], which I heard on May 11th and again on May 16th, and never again from anyone. I then called on May 21 at 2 a.m. and asked if it was still in order that we would come at 17.30 a.m., as I never heard of the catering department again and was told that it was good. I spoke to the manager who was absolutely useless and had no interest in helping us. When I told her what happened to the catering department, she said she'd look at it. When I told her I called on May 11 and spoke to the manager about our party size, she denied talking to me. but she is the only female manager! it was just a month now, no one called or reacted. I don't know where you are. they do not care about their customers at all and their management does not take responsibility for their complete ineptitude.
