Everything was going well... read more I was quite disappointed with my experience. It had been a while since I last visited any Chuy's, so I decided to dine there tonight. Everything was going well until my meal arrived, where I unfortunately discovered three long pink hairs in my food. When I brought this to my waitress's attention, she suggested that I should just eat it anyway. I really didn't want to pay for a meal that I couldn't even eat.

As we were ready to place our order, they continued their conversation, leaving us to wait. When we finally got to order, the food was excellent, but the service was disappointing. I have faith in Chuy's as a brand, and the food met my expectations, but this location definitely needs improvement. I wonder if the server noticed my irritation throughout the experience since it seemed all positivity ended after the damage was done.

However, I made the mistake of hitting the nacho cart first, which filled me up before my meal arrived. Overall, the service was excellent, and next time, I’ll definitely remember to wait for my meal! Looking forward to my next visit!

My waiter, Dillon, was fantastic and attentive from the moment I was seated. I ordered an appetizer along with the chips and endless salsa, and the food was excellent. I left feeling happy and satisfied!
