Our server, Carter, provided excellent service as we enjoyed wings and shrimp cocktail that were served promptly and were delicious. 10/03/23: Xavier provided us with a quick and tasty dinner experience. My Bacon Cheeseburger and my wife's Shrimp were both delicious and served promptly, making for a satisfying meal. 09/01/23: We had a light dinner at half rack of ribs with broccoli and fries. Service was good, and the ribs were consistently delicious. The $2 beer special was a nice bonus. Thank you to the staff for a great experience. 08/26/23: Following church, my wife and I dined with a friend. Our favorite waiter, Shannon, greeted us warmly, sat us at a nice table, and took our order promptly. The Chicken and Cheese Pasta was creamy and delicious, while our friend enjoyed a tasty burger and fries. Thank you to Shannon and the staff for another pleasant dining experience. 08/13/23: Had a lovely Sunday lunch experience with my wife at the restaurant. We enjoyed shrimp alfredo and a kids meal of chicken fingers and french fries. Shannon, our server, ensured we were served quickly, and the food was delicious. 07/08/23: Prompt seating and quick service resulted in a delightful meal with fantastic breadsticks. Server John provided excellent recommendations and the food was very tasty. 03/03/23: Tried Clean Juice in Addison, a smart, clean juice option. 02/03/23: Fell in love with the fast and friendly service and delicious food at the restaurant. The cheeseburger was outstanding, and the Chicken Alfredo was rich and delicious. 09/01/22: Enjoyed the SW Potato Twists and Philly cheesesteak burger, both full of flavor and served quickly by our server, Shannon. 08/14/22: Eric provided us with an excellent experience, serving a tasty chicken sandwich and a delicious chicken broccoli tortellini. 07/30/22: Warm greeting, fast service, and delicious food made for a great dinner experience. 07/09/22: Pleasant dining experience with a nice waiter serving us Sizzling Shrimp and Chicken, which were tasty and served promptly. Overall, the reviews praise the prompt service, delicious food, friendly staff, and consistent quality of the meals at the restaurant.

We have de... read more I revisited the restaurant and unfortunately, the flat iron steaks were tough and raw. However, the mashed potatoes and chicken sandwich were decent. We have decided not to return to Fridays. After reaching out to them, they responded promptly and I plan to give them another chance. I am adjusting my rating based on their post-visit service. The ribs were burnt and tough, like they were reheated multiple times. There was a fruit fly in my drink, and the waitress dismissed it. The fried shrimp were average and the chicken was overcooked. The service was slow and the server was also training as a bartender. Overall, we are very disappointed and will not be going back to Fridays.
