Many of my completed or... read more However, I also want to share my past experiences. Previously, I found online delivery to be incredibly frustrating and a waste of time. Many of my completed orders had missing items, and about half were canceled after waiting for an hour. Their website uses a third-party delivery service, which often fails to generate an order for drivers to pick up, wasting their time and resulting in cancellations. When that happens, I have to contact their corporate office for a refund. I faced issues with UberEats, Grubhub, and ActiveMenus as well. While the food itself is fantastic, I highly recommend enjoying it in person at the restaurant. Unfortunately, I've experienced so many problems with online delivery that it's hard to believe one person could encounter so many issues—aside from two orders that were delivered correctly. I've been left hungry countless times due to these ongoing systemic delivery problems for over a year. I'm sad to say I can't recommend the delivery service the same way I can recommend the food I’ve enjoyed for many years. I dislike posting a review like this, but I feel it's necessary to share my mixed experiences.

I arrived at 6:30 PM and was the only customer dining in, which suggests it may be more popular for lunch or takeout during the week. The food was served hot, there was ample parking, and I ordered the Wednesday special, which included pulled pork, sausage, two sides, and a drink. I chose mashed potatoes and mac and cheese, and I requested BBQ sauce on the side. The pulled pork was a bit on the dry side, but they have a condiment station where you can add more sauce, pickles, onions, butter, cheese, sour cream, green onions, and more, which I really enjoyed using to enhance my meal. Plus, they offer free ice cream! I would definitely return if I'm in the mood for BBQ.
