From the moment we arrived, the hotel reception staff welcomed us warmly and thoughtfully guided us in choosing the best dining option. On our first visit, pressed for time, we chose to dine in the bar area, which pleasantly exceeded many traditional restaurant atmospheres. Beyond the main dining room, The Maigue features a stunning glass veranda and a charming inner courtyard. While the main hall was lively and a bit noisy with the crowd, the second dining room offered a peaceful, intimate atmosphere that we truly appreciated. The food was full of flavor—the outstanding soup and sandwiches on homemade dark bread were so delicious that we ate half before remembering to take a photo. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we felt comfortable and thoroughly enjoyed our meal. The main restaurant showcases elegance and tradition with its classic, refined décor. We fell in love with the town and are already excited to return to The Maigue to explore more of their exceptional menu.
