What User doesn't like about Sonic Drive-in:
Ordered 1 **** and a sunk through the app, waited 45 minutes for it to come out and that was because I tried the button on the drive in trying to get someone. I told the lady I waited for over 40 minutes and she started kissing me and said I don't have to have a posture and went on a ramp, brought my drink and sunk, drink was half full, Sundae was completely melted! I grew up enjoying Sonic in Oklahoma, particularly their vanilla Dr. Pepper with real cream. When I moved here 13 years ago, they couldn't make it (even though I called a Sonic back home to figure out how it was done). Needless to say, I always looked forward to my trips back to the Midwest. Now, with the launch of the Sonic app, I finally have that option! I’ve really enjoyed visiting Sonic from time to time and savoring those nostalgic flavors. Thank you to the Sonic staff!
By far the worst experience I?ve had at a fast good establishment in my life. I ordered on the app and parked in the stall waiting for 30 minutes, then finally on the stalls screen it said someone was coming out with my order I waited for ten minutesand no one came. I then hopped into the drive through lane and the lady said the order was there (it was literally sitting onthere counter and they did nothing), I then pull up only to find out my order was incorrect when I got home. At that point Ididn?t care to get a refund or complain, in top of that my food was cold (obviously because it was sitting there). The workers rhorrible and I would never go to this place again.
Once we complied, we waited, and to our surprise, another car pulled up to the drive-thru right after us and received their order before we did—even though we had arrived and ordered first. This was definitely not the Sonic experience I remembered. On the bright side, after a painfully long wait, the food was delicious and warm. If it hadn't been for the quality of the food, I would have given them just one star. I’ll keep my fingers crossed for a better experience on our next visit to this location.
I was delivering for an app to a customer on Sunday, August 25, 2022. I arrived at 8:03 PM, and the girl with brown curly hair took my order promptly. However, I ended up waiting a full hour until 9:02 PM. Despite seeing me standing outside the whole time, she never provided me with any updates. I understood that they were busy, and I anticipated a wait of at least 20-30 minutes. However, two young kids, probably her friends, arrived after me and received their food in just seconds. Additionally, an older white man and a Hispanic man ordered after I did but got their food before me, just like the two young kids. It's clear that some of the staff do not take their responsibilities seriously.
Ordered 1 slushee and one sundae through the app, waited 45 minutes for it to come out and that was because I kept pressing the button at the drive in trying to get ahold of someone . I told the lady I waited for over 40 minutes and she started cussing atme saying I don?t need to have an attitude and went on a rampage , brought my drink and sundae out, drink was half full, sundaewas melted completely! When we tried getting her attention she ran back inside ! So now my only option is to call someone higherup . DISGUSTING!
