Tried to order on line, used twò different phones, could not...Tried downloading app...no luck...had to call, big mistake, they was a language barrier...simple order, pepperoni pizza only...the guy at the take out window was great very View all feedback.

We ordered from the P{izza HUt in Acworth, on Cobb Parkway/Hwy 41 near Cedarcrest Rd. our order was ready according to the app on my cell, my but we waited over 30 minutes in our car to get the cold food!!!Do NOT use this Pizza Hut, they care less!!! View all feedback.
There is a particular woman that works the night shift. She is terrible at customer service. Don’t go through the drive through to pickup your online or phone order. Go inside the store. She will forget about you and leave you sitting there. This happened on the night of 12/02/2023.
Waited for 20 minutes for an order that I had placed over an hour ago, 1 personal pan pizza. The lady kept working on other orders and didn’t care to get me mine. Bad customer service, don’t ever ordering from this

Pizza was late the pizza was warm and not enough meat meaning mushroom and pepperoni.
Ordered from here. The manager at store changed my address to omit the last part. When it was delivered to wrong address manager refused to make it right. I had to fight for a refund. I contacted corporate. Managers shouldn’t disrespect customers. Went from being great to never coming again.
