Excellent Panera! Super attentive and positive staff. They're always talking about cleaning and sweeping. Family-friendly place for all ages and needs. Large workplace or meeting place. Maybe headphones bring during peak times when a lot of background you disturb, but it is a packed house and still so good! Minus a star bc no hummus on a warm bowl I usually bought for the hummus, but it was still very good. View all feedback.

Sara must be withdrawn. I called to place an order that she answered I say good morning no good morning back, then she told me I have to wait ten minutes until her computer restart or I can place order online. I always wanted to go and eat here. So today was the day. I ordered a selection of two. It was 6:00. The chicken sandwich was dry, but the soup was amazing. I think they gave me full portions as there was a lot and half thrown away. I couldn't take it because I work at a place where there is no refrigerator to stay safe. I gave him three stars because I felt like a customer for the first time, rushed right and a load to the cashier. I was just a customer.
Have always loved the food at this location. But, the last year this location is always out of Bread!!!! Isn't Bread part of your name. Yesterday, (Sunday 08/14) we stopped in for lunch. No bread or soup. We ordered a pizza and scones. Food was good. But the store was very dirty. No clean tables, food all over the floor and the trash container was more than overflowing. I asked if a table could be cleaned and got an eyeroll. Good food. But, no clean place to sit. Very disappointing. Did not you just get new Management?
I've used their rapid pick-up option a few times and was very disappointed. One of the times I ordered a cinnamon roll. They didn't even put it in a bag. They just set the box on the shelf. No bag, napkins, fork or knife. I had to ask for them. Another time, I ordered the pick-two. They forgot to put chips in my bag, and the tuna salad sandwich barely had any tuna on it(photo posted). I only go to this location because it's near my job. I won't be coming back anytime soon. Update: 05/07/22 10:30am I was served a moldy bagel. Picture posted below.
Ordered food for delivery. My tomato basil cucumber salad had mold on it. When I called, the restaurant the manager said that there was nothing she could do for me and I would have to contact door dash who delivered it. I told her that I ordered it on their website and did not have access to door dash in order to request a refund. She was extremely unprofessional and rude. Absolutely refused to help me. I called their customer service line and spoke with someone else. They immediately issued me a refund and told me they would discuss how to be professional with the employee. I will not eat at this Panera again.
It's obvious that the quality of food served to customers isn’t a priority here. The pictures reflect exactly what I received: half a cup of Americano and my bagel was a disappointment. Please improve your offerings. I’d prefer to travel 10 minutes for better food. Shaking my head.
