Sometimes the pizza is not so great, but the price is so affordable and the service is fast. I receive and sad the most time that it is a young person who makes everything alone. Someone has decorated the windows with very cute Halloween decorations. View all feedback.

They said it would be much longer than that because the staff had problems beyond their control. They wondered if we wanted to wait if we wanted to change to pick up or if we wanted to cancel the order. We decided to cancel and they refunded our money. They were very polite all the time. Most companies would have left us hanging. Thanks to Acworth Dominos staff and management! We will order again!
Erin is absolutely the worst person that Dominos had. I'm disgusting with their customer service and attitude. I'm not gonna eat at Domino anymore because she's not paying me more than once.
As the male cashier was taking my order, I observed a female worker in the back making a pizza with her bare hands. I don't particularly like that but I thought to myself as long as her hands are washed then it should be fine. She Stopped making that pizza and proceeded to grab another order and take it outside to a waiting customer. Then she comes back inside and goes straight to finish making the Pizza without first washing her hands. She touched so many surfaces including the door that everyone that day has touched and she did not make an effort to wash up before resuming the unfinished Pizza. I nicely told the male cashier to please cancel my order and I left to never return to that store!
I've had a couple of decent experiences, but several times they've messed up an order completely. Wrong crust AND wrong toppings! This time they just COMPLETELY DIDN'T DELIVER MY ORDER after I paid for it. It's been 3 hours and my pizza isn't here. No call, no one's answering, my money's gone. I'm hungry.
Asked for crushed red pepper, and here is the response: “Why give out crushed red pepper when you can massively over charge for a tiny bottle it?” One of the employees. Employees are likely massively underpaid too. Not to mention getting 9 wings when the order was for a 10 piece wings, and their size is the equivalent of Chinese takeout at 11pm.
