Domino's Pizza - Acworth

I had a mixed experience with this restaurant. We ordered pizzas online, which stated a 45-minute delivery time. The staff was prompt in calling us to let us know that the app provided inaccurate timing and that it would take significantly longer due to unforeseen issues on their end. They offered us options: to wait, to switch to pickup, or to cancel our order. We chose to cancel, and they promptly refunded our money. Throughout the process, the staff was very polite and attentive. Many companies might have left us in the dark, so I appreciate the effort from the Acworth Domino's team. We will definitely order from them again!

Sometimes the pizza is not so great, but the price is so affordable and the service is fast. I receive and sad the most time that it is a young person who makes everything alone. Someone has decorated the windows with very cute Halloween decorations.

The pasta I ordered was good when I heated it up. that's why I gave him two stars. The pepperoni pizza was obviously not freshened.extremely dry and tasteless..not even warm..

Erin is by far the worst employee I've encountered at Domino's. I'm really disappointed with their customer service and her attitude. I don't think I'll be eating at Domino's anymore because of this experience.

Tonight is the exact reason I never order from Domino's. My kids had friends over, they suggested it. So I figured I'd give it chance, again. Big mistake. We ordered 2 large pizzas. Both were burnt. I called, they told me they'd remake them send them out. Great. Kids waited impatiently. Pizzas got here were just as bad as the first ones. Crust was so burnt it was completely inedible the cheese was hard as a rock. I didn't call back because kids were hungry I didn't want them to wait even longer. Lesson learned. I will never order Domino's again. Papa John's Hungry Howies puts y'all to shame. Do better.
