Chili's Grill - Acworth

There will never be another like Kristin. She is grade +A, top of the line, white glove service worker. Needed I say more about the fun laughs, she leaves us with, as she serves you in the most polite mannerisms. I have been a fan of Chillis’ street corn for a while. The added great customer services is the reason I keep coming back for more.

Sandwiches were very good. Potato soup was less than lousy. Strictly out of a can or bag.

Food was way over salted. I'll never go there again.

Went with girlfriend on her birthday and told one of the ladies about my girlfriend birthday she said she would tell everyone and they didn’t do anything, gave them a 5 dollar tip they lost me as a customer.

It seems that Chili's has been on a downward spiral since COVID, and that culminated in this latest visit. Not sure if it was this particular location or Chili's as a franchise, but I believe that I am done. Fajita Trio was not good like it used to be. Steak was hammered and overcooked, chicken was dry, and shrimp were rubbery. Served luke-warm, no sizzle, just there. Their Nashville Hot chicken wings were mild spiced at best, maybe a mistake? Either way, we weren't sending anything back as we had somewhere to be, and the frustration and time suck did not feel worthwhile. So we cut our losses, paid the bill, and left. Sorry Chili's we won't be back anytime soon, if ever.
