At 4:30 p.m. to order a family meal to just say that they don't have enough chicken, so we got compromises and tenders and got that they had only 1 Koleslaw. She told us it will wait 5 minutes for the offers. No big deal we'll wait. I must tell the window that the person has changed her order before us and no longer Koleslaw and had to choose another side. After they had paid, they told us to move up and they would get it out soon. After 20 minutes of waiting we decided (because we didn't even get what we wanted), to go in and just get our money back. They wouldn't give us money back. Tell us you left and then ran away. I told them we didn't want ND to tell us they wouldn't return our money because they already made our box. Oh, and they had no sweet tea, so we had to get lemonade. I'll never be here again.

I like to eat my fried chicken and cajun fries where I order it. I feel this optimizes tastiness. The employees here are nice and friendly. My food was ready fast, hot, and fresh. Dining room was very clean.

The breading was unusual, the meat was undercooked, and there was no flavor at all. I won't be returning to any Bojangles in the future. This isn't the first time I've had a bad experience—my wife had reservations about coming here eight months ago, but I encouraged her to give it another shot, hoping things would be better with new staff. Unfortunately, it was just as disappointing as before. And let me not forget to mention that the rolls were as hard as rocks!

Th... read more I would advise against visiting this restaurant if you want to avoid poor treatment. My experience with customer service was the worst I've ever encountered. The cashier not only shook her head at me but also mocked me for my order, simply because I asked for chicken. She laughed at me for not recalling the exact name of my dish and questioned what I was trying to get from my order. I won't be returning to this location and will take my business elsewhere. Management should address this issue, as it is quite serious. As someone who works in the food service industry, I would never treat my customers the way I was treated here. It was completely unacceptable. Additionally, they forgot my large drink, so I had to eat my meal without anything to drink during the 30-minute drive home. I would strongly advise against visiting this particular Bojangles.
