The cashier not only shook her head at me but also mocked me for my order, simply because I asked for chicken. She laughed at me for not recalling the exact name of my dish and questioned what I was trying to get from my order. I won't be returning to this location and will take my business elsewhere. Management should address this issue, as it is quite serious. As someone who works in the food service industry, I would never treat my customers the way I was treated here. It was completely unacceptable. Additionally, they forgot my large drink, so I had to eat my meal without anything to drink during the 30-minute drive home. I would strongly advise against visiting this particular Bojangles.

The breading was unusual, the meat was undercooked, and there was no flavor at all. I won't be returning to any Bojangles in the future. This isn't the first time I've had a bad experience—my wife had reservations about coming here eight months ago, but I encouraged her to give it another shot, hoping things would be better with new staff. Unfortunately, it was just as disappointing as before. And let me not forget to mention that the rolls were as hard as rocks!

My husband usually picks up our order through the drive-thru while I cook some eggs at home. The gravy is usually generous, but yesterday he only got a small amount on one biscuit, and there were no utensils or napkins included. The restaurant wasn’t busy at all. He tried calling to report the problem, but no one answered and the voicemail was full.
