Arby's - Acworth

In a time when many restaurants have struggled to staff their teams, it was refreshing to encounter such a cheerful, friendly, and dedicated group. This was truly impressive for a fast food establishment! I really hope Arby’s can hold on to these gentlemen. I'm definitely going back based on this experience. And on top of that, the food was fresh and hot. However, spoiler alert: Arby’s has retired the potato cakes. Please bring them back!

Wow! I had a wonderful and quick experience. The staff member, Denise, was friendly, pleasant, and very helpful. Even the curly fries were delicious!

I brought a group of 10 seniors to the restaurant, and we had a fantastic experience. The service was quick, the staff was very accommodating, and the food was outstanding!

08/13/2022: Very slow service today. A new child would rather be on the frit than registering. 07/07/2022: Fantastic Health Score::200. Asst. Mgr., De'Mario Roman 2as great and the Preparators of my Roast Beefs and Cheddar with Jalapenos, Jalapeno Poppers, Small Crinkle Fries did a fantastic job. I had screamed a very old man before 9f and advised De'Mario and De'Mario was exceptionally nice to him through the whole scream episode. I was there. De'Mario has NOT done wrong and was very friendly to this man apparently without hearing. De'Mario had told him that they would call his name when his order was ready. He went on and about how he should know when his job was done. When I appeared, the man was next to me. I told De'Mario that the scene was where I was all day. When I saw the man I told De'Mario, it must be Grumpy Thursday, and I knew De'Mario hadn't done anything wrong and Too was friendly. When I was at the top level in any restaurant or retail business, the customer was always right until he had abused an employee or another customer and then he was accompanied. At this Arby's the staff is great, the unit is clean and the food 8s great except EXTREMELY High Sodium Level. 05/01/2022: Clean, every few minutes someone was out with sanitizer wiping down tables. New Crinkle Fries are very good. Didn't see the Health Score when they went through it, but last week I think it was 100. The staff was well maintained and friendly and had good hygiene. Double Roast Beef with jalapenos and Swiss cheese was very good as soon as I added Arby's sauce and Horseradish sauce. Otherwise, Dry. All burgers and sandwiches are dry without anything on them. Arby's Horseradish Sauce is basically Mayo as it has No Kick. Unfortunately, like most FF and Chain restaurants, all sauces are loaded with high fructose corn syrup, unless they serve Kens or Maries sauces and dressings. I love Arby's Poppers because they use Cream Cheese instead of Yellow Cheese. I like yellow cheese, but not my poppers. Last review I just bought the cream cheese poppers and orange cream drink. The Mozzarella cheesesticks are the best of a FF place. Excellent.

Well this location is actually pretty good. Cool staff and my food was fresh. I swear there new fish sandwich on Hawaiian bread definitely left a good impression on my taste buds. Yall just gotta try it
