When I asked the server if it was supposed to be that way—since I’m a... read more I ordered the Benny, but the hollandaise sauce came out looking more like scrambled eggs. When I asked the server if it was supposed to be that way—since I’m a professional chef—I was told, "Yeah, it's fine, we've been serving it like this all day." Just because a dish is served all day doesn't make it correct! I have a picture of the hollandaise. Although the server did offer to remake it, the lack of care shown during the first attempt made me hesitant to send it back a second time.

She misses small details like adding whipped cream, providing maple syrup with French toast, or giving butter cups and silverware. Otherwise, I would have given this place 5 stars.
