The first time I tried and the woman Jack in the box. The service here is what makes us come back for seconds. Great first experience and they cashiers who get both sandwiches back for us was the best customer service I saw in a while. Something junior I think was his name. Super customer service! It's rare. Very disappointed! Sunday October 1, 2023 went through the drive thru ordered #3 sourdough jack no tomato combo I got spicy chicken sandwich combo. I was driving to the Valley didn’t open my food till 2 hours later. Thank you NOT jack in the box for getting my order wrong and for wasting me $15, deep sigh.
