Contribute Feedback What KasiaSka doesn't like about Autogrill:
When we arrived they had two vegan croissants options: with jam and pudding. We took a pudding one and it was really good. However, we got charged for two orange juices we didn't order (I checked the receipt and got the money back). Plus, we waited 5 minutes for a staff member to prepare our cappuccinos and only when I confirmed with him that we needed them vegan, he said they are out of plant based milk...so another... However, we got charged for two orange juices we didn't order (I checked the receipt and got the money back). Plus, we waited 5 minutes for a staff member to prepare our cappuccinos and only when I confirmed with him that we needed them vegan, he said they are out of plant based milk...so another refund. In short, best to confirm what's available before paying and double check what they charged for.
