Da Dria is the perfect lunch spot after a relaxing morning at the Thermal Spa (Terme di Genova) just across the street or the many beautiful hikes around Acquasanta, but their food is so good that you can just go to Acquasanta to eat there.. This Osteria is often packed with locals, so make sure to call ahead and reserve a table. Here you can eat rustic Genoese cuisine at its best. The Focaccia al Formaggio is a must and competes with the best ones of the nearby Recco. I also recommend their ravioli (with Genoese beef ragù or the pot roast juice) and the handkerchief pasta with Genoese pesto. Make sure to try their Sacripantina cake! They usually keep only two kinds of wine at the time and they are always excellent.
Lovely relaxing lunch with wonderful food. The service was friendly and apart from us all the customers were locals, always a good sign.
We enjoyed a late lunch with family (including kids), after a morning at the Terme. Menu was limited to 2 3 first plate and second plate options (which is a positive). Thanks to our group size, we were able to sample almost all items all were excellent! Ravioli is a specialty, but the pesto was amazing as well. All second plates were worth the effort (we were already full from the generous servings of the first plate). Dessert was simple and delicious, with local fares prepared in the kitchen. Will gladly return whenever opportunity arises.
