We come from Herings and have several restaurants in our place where you can go to delicious food. We have! So we go to the volcanoes. It was Saturday 7:00. 8 g... read more We come from Herings and have several restaurants in our place where you can go to delicious food. We have! So we go to the volcanoes. It was Saturday 7:00. 8 guests had already eaten, 2 guests were waiting for their food. So we had free space. We first ordered a Jerry and then red wine. Jerry was served. Now the red wine came and hit a semi-finished Jerryglas on the table. After 50min came the salad!!! After 1 hour and 5 minutes our food finally arrived. It was cold!!! We asked the waitress to bring us a warm meal. After 5min a new again cold food came!!! I asked her to warm up the food again. After 3min she came with the heated food, where now 2 croquettes were missing and the red herb was still cold. I then spoke to her in an energetic tone, to warm up the red herb in the microwave! There was no excuse for this event, no discount nix!!! We will never enter this place again. to all out there, better go to your own food!

We felt very comfortable in the volcanic building, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean and modern. The breakfast buffet was rich and delicious. We were able to dine well every evening at the restaurant, especially the wild dishes were very good. We can recommend the hotel with the attached restaurant.
