The system is awkward to navigate and extremely time consuming if you are entering meals for an entire family. Customizing a meal by holding the lettuce or pickles, or changing the sauce takes...a lot of time. The card readers also do not work right for credit cards and try to charge the meal as a cash advance. The staff seemed disgruntled and unhappy to be employed.

We ordered two menus, hamburger, pommes and drink they took care of us quickly and well. the place is spacious and pleasant, with an outside terrace and free wlan for three hours. sufficient parking on the street of the price somewhat more expensive than in Spain.

I think the machines have already ar... read more So far it has not happened that something we wanted to order was empty, apart from the things that are sold at the MC Café. I think the machines have already arrived in Achern because they make the order much easier, and at the moment the preparation goes very fast, we have no more to wait than 10min. For me, the MC Donalds in Achern is significantly better than those from Offenburg or Lahr and the employees are also more friendly. There will not always forget about the order and if there is a mistake for them, in Offenburg it occurred that we probably do not know what we have ordered. But in itself, the MC Donald is just like other MC Donald, I love the food there, but healthy is something else, and the interior and ambience are very similar to other MC Donald branches. In itself one of my favorite places:D

Here everything was to my satisfaction. Quick order at the terminal, despite a high number of visitors, my order quickly brought to the table. The coffee was in a porcelain cup. The burgers were well occupied, the frits warm and fresh. Staff fast and friendly. Toilets were clean and freely accessible (no payment lock). Even not Mc Donald's fan I have to praise the industry as a model. Thanks for a great restaurant visit!
