I didn 't even complain, I knew it would be fine. Then I wanted to eat with my family, but we were ignored for ages. Finally, someone said, I 'll be right there, which took 40 minutes. We were just about to get up and leave. But today was the worst. I know it 's the first day at the new restaurant, but this is unacceptable. I called several times, but the line was either busy or no one answered. Finally, someone got on the phone, and then I was told they weren 't serving doner kebabs today. We could live with that, no problem, so we ordered four pizzas. We were told to pick them up at 7:15 pm, which would take an hour, but okay, they were busy, we understood. Then we had to stand in the restaurant for another hour without an apology or a free Coke. When we asked about it, we just got an annoyed it 'll be a while. If your food weren 't so delicious, that would have been it. But a word of advice: pride comes before a fall; you live off your customers.
