Most restaurant would give you a 10 Q bill... read more Food was excellent but I remove one star because the service was not ok. I paid cash. Bill was 190,40Q including tip. Most restaurant would give you a 10 Q bill change but no, they gave me back 9 Q with lots of coins, so even less than what they owed me. How cheap can you be?
