However, that was not... read more I travel from the USA to Ghana every month and enjoy eating out, but often struggle to find restaurants with more than just vegan options. However, that was not the case at Sunshine Salad Bar! I recently went there with a friend and we shared a starter before enjoying our main dishes. I had a salad with eggplant, kale, and cherries - it was incredibly tasty and satisfying. I will definitely be returning to Sunshine Salad Bar in the future!

It's a shame that there are no bananas served here, likely because they are extremely expensive compared to local prices.
