What User doesn't like about Big Charcoal Chicken:
First and foremost this isn't a restaurant it's a chicken take away with some plastic tables and chairs outside. The service was abysmal, the staff kept half preparing orders but never seemed to finish one. It took the 30 minutes to put a chicken that was already cooked in a bag, put some chips in a container and put in some containers of garlic. Yummy fast food got it on the run and was good tasting , great service and lovely staff behind counter
Ok good points first chips were good and a nice size serving. Gravy also very good. But chicken was dry and hard to eat. Being that they are a chicken place makes it hard for me to recommend them for future visits. Have heard this is not the norm for them so I might give them another try at a later date but as it stands now I won't be rushing back for more

This place is cheap and has great chicken aswell as great chips, highly would recommend buying chicken from this place if you're passing by.
Went here for a quick lunch and didnt disappoint, dceided to get the chilli chicken and it was fantastic
