That said, it was a bit surprising that some basic things were missing — like conditioner and a few standard room amenities you’d normally expect at this price point. We still really enjoyed our stay overall. The location is super convenient for the water park, and the restaurant downstairs is great. However, because of those small but important missing details, it doesn’t quite reach a full 5-star experience.

But we were disappointed with the breakfast and the room facilities. There were no beverage options no coffee or tea) in the room. Only mineral water bottles on the floor space. Also the breakfast has only one warm dish with egg and no changes for long stay guests. This is 4 star hotel and one night was 500 CHF for new year. We hope they give us more options.

Bus stop is right in front of the Door. The Restaurant for Dinner aswell as Breakfast was always very good. There was a slight inconvenience with the payment and my reservation, but this was resolved rapidly and very professional by the reception-staff. I would definitely come back to this Hotel
