When I spoke to the manager a... read more I have repeatedly encountered problems with receiving a hot latte from this establishment. Each time I order one, it arrives cold. When I spoke to the manager about this issue, they attributed it to the machine rather than the staff. In contrast, Starbucks coffee remains hot even after a 15-minute drive home, while Dunkin' coffee gets cold in just 5 minutes. It's truly disappointing that a coffee shop struggles to make a decent cup of coffee.

Unfortunately, when I arrived for my mobile order at 4 o'clock, they were out of everything I wanted. The staff was friendly and apologetic about the situation. I ended up getting an almond milk latte instead, and it was delicious!

Unfortunately, I had to leave without the iced coffee I paid for through the app, which made me late for work.
