We ordered a family combo, but the fries were noticeably cold, the chicken strips were smaller than usual, and the biscuits were tough. I recall the food being better before, but it seems the quality has dropped somewhat since about a year after COVID.

When I reached the payment window, I mentioned that it seemed a bit pricey, but they refused to make any adjustments. I should have checked my receipt before leaving, as I later discovered that I was charged for two mac and cheeses instead of fries. This serves as a reminder to always verify your receipt and order before you leave. If I could give zero stars, I definitely would.
