I also noticed the... read more The girl at the window was very friendly, and we shared a laugh when I asked her something. I learned that the buffet is no longer available. I also noticed the entire dining area was completely dark, which made me think that maybe dining in wasn’t an option anymore. This really took me by surprise. When I got home and sat down to eat, I shook my head in disbelief. Instead of the breast I ordered, I received a leg and two thighs! I told my husband about the note and my mix-up, and we both laughed because it was hard to believe! I thought about going back to the restaurant but worried the manager might be upset. Come on, Manager! If you’re confident enough to post a note claiming you never make mistakes, then you should make sure mistakes don’t happen! Today, I keep telling myself I should have returned the order, especially with how bold that note was. So, here’s my advice: don’t leave without checking your order carefully! They can make mistakes! P.S. The food was alright, but the biscuit was as hard as a rock! I even showed my husband by banging it on the table! Once again, we just laughed at the whole situation—especially considering that note they posted.

After spending $35 on a chicken meal at the KFC on Dupont Road, I’m completely done with this location. The chicken was overcooked, dry, and cold, and the breading on the few pieces that looked okay tasted like fish. The gravy was very watery and had chunks at the bottom of the container, as if it hadn’t been stirred. The biscuits were cold and had a strange flavor, and the mac and cheese had a crusty layer on top. Their sign says no refunds, and although they claim they’ll fix your order, my last experience proved they didn’t follow through.

When I reached the payment window, I mentioned that it seemed a bit pricey, but they refused to make any adjustments. I should have checked my receipt before leaving, as I later discovered that I was charged for two mac and cheeses instead of fries. This serves as a reminder to always verify your receipt and order before you leave. If I could give zero stars, I definitely would.

It turned out that the workers had closed up early and didn't want to prepare any food, even though they had an hour left until closing time. The employees were also quite rude. I hope upper management or the owner takes note of this situation.
