Ate there for the first time today, and the service was good, the food was great and came out fairly quickly. The prices were also reasonable to other places for the amount of food we got. We will be back. Stuffed French toast was good (three slices) View all feedback.
What William Hood doesn't like about Blueberry Pancake House Ll Fort Wayne:
Floors were so sticky all you could hear was everyone shoes peeling off the floor with every step. Napkins folded up under the table to level it out. I got biscuits and gravy which tasted badly burned and the gravy is yellow and tasteless I mean nooooo taste at all... I'm not a picky person and have never given anyone a bad review this place is garbage. Oh did I mention the dead flies on the floor at the register... View all feedback.

Somewhat dated diner esque spot with enough charm and decent to good food to support repeat trips, though there are a few better breakfast places closer by.Water spots on the ceiling tiles, sparse decor, and the space feels weirdly too big for itself; they were busy despite less than half the tables being full. Service was initially slow 4 tables got up to leave/pay at the same time, so it took a minute to be seated, which I understand but improved once we were sat. The gf liked her coffee but my sweet tea tasted...off, despite it apparently being Brisk. Food was not bad if a bit underseasoned. I got the ham scramble and the gf ordered a skillet which had plenty of sausage and filled up her plate.Prices are quite reasonable despite a sorry the prices went up sign on the front door. Still under $10 for just about everything except steak eggs. Maybe not worth more than a 15 minute drive, but if you 're close by you could do a lot worse, especially for the price.
Rating the food from previous visit. This visit we walked into the restaurant there were several employees standing at and around the register. We stood next to the please wait to be seated sign for over 5 minutes and was never even greeted. What I assume to be the manager was taking phone orders and yelling into the phone. It seems like the place is managed poorly. Went to LAKESIDE CAFE instead and received excellent service and great food.
First and last time here today. The service was fine, especially the cashier at the front. She was very friendly and apologetic about the food.I meant to order the stuffed waffle, but accidentally ordered the stuffed French toast. That’s my bad. No big. I also like French toast. But not this. It was cold, soggy, and undercooked. I think the French toast barely touched the griddle for a few seconds considering our food came out maybe 5 minutes after we ordered. Points for quickness, but would rather wait for fully cooked food.Son ordered the cinnamon apple pancakes. The pancakes were sickly sweet and tasted like birthday cake, and the “cinnamon apples” was canned apple pie filling. Son is a 13 yr old garbage disposal of a child, and he only ate a few bites of his food.Husband got biscuits gravy w/ eggs and said it was mid, but he ate it.Waitress did take the pancakes off the order, without being asked.Overall the food is just not our style I guess.
