I had Chinese food, and it was fantastic! The only issue I encountered was that the pork could be processed better; there was too much pork fat in the pork fried rice.

I was extremely disappointed with our takeout from this restaurant. The General Gao consisted of dry, stale bread puffs that tasted like old chicken fingers, smothered in a sweet and sour sauce that reminded me of the generic sauce served on the side with every order. The Peking Ravioli were flavorless lumps of poorly pan-fried dough filled with unappetizing pork, lacking ginger, cabbage, and white pepper. The Lo Mein was equally bland, with hardly any vegetables and severely missing salt or soy sauce. The only dish that was acceptable was the beef teriyaki. I would recommend looking elsewhere to save yourself the disappointment.

The food is consistently excellent. I live in Brockton, and China Gold is my favorite restaurant. I’d give it 10 stars!

I ordered a large meat teriyaki for $12,50 it came with 6 of the smallest thinnest bark teriyaki I have ever seen in my life! it looked like small bark silk pieces that they buy in the packages on a stock! I really wanted to come here, but that was the worst. find another place!

The rice was the only thing that would not go back there I give the food 1-5 just a 1 look around you better away
