We had Sarcastic Swine cater our wedding last weekend, and they did an amazing job! All our guests couldn't stop raving about the delicious food, from the mac and cheese appetizers to the steak tips. The staff was incredibly attentive and friendly, even assisting us with serving our ice cream sundae bar. They truly went above and beyond, and we would hire them again in a heartbeat! This place was disgusting! They are reheating food! The sauces tasted old that 's why you can have as many as you like. Seems like they are trying to get rid of them. The sides was cold! the beans was so thick I could of threw them on the ceiling and it wouldn 't have fell down!!! The Mac and cheese was tasteless. Food is excellent, they have a great wide selection of BBQ sauces from sweet to extreme heat. Everything that I have eaten there is delicious. For sandwiches I recommend tipsy pig. For BBQ it's hard to pick between brisket or ribs they are both so good. For sides cornbread is always a must get also, collard green are really good. Staff were so friendly and so nice to my child when we went to pick up our dinner. You can get delivery, order ahead for pickup, and have tables to sit at. The food is delicious. It's a normal BBQ spot as far as the atmosphere. They give you plenty of food.
