Upon revisiting a beloved local spot after many years, one customer was met with mixed feelings of southern hospitality and unwelcoming service. A mix-up with an order and rude interaction left a sour taste in their mouth, leading to a disappointing 1-star review. The people here are incredibly friendly! The service was great. Although the tables were dirty when I arrived, the staff quickly took care of it. I recommend trying the Stromboli. The cleanliness was impressive.
I've been dining here for years, and the food has consistently been excellent. The customer service is outstanding, and their sweet tea is simply the best!
I have a huge pizza for about $20. Fed 5 persons with leftovers for days. The quality was excellent, the cheese made me happy, and crust left an excellent aftertaste in my mouth. Five stars. Was so happy with the price I left $5 in drinking glass.
My family and I have been enjoying the food from Lyons Den for many years, and we hope to continue for many more to come.
I have been eating there for over 25-30 years. any other time I would give them definitiw 5 stars, but idk what happened today, except someone was in the meat department to slip! I ordered 2-16” philly steak n käse subs and 1-16” Italian sub and there was hardly anything in it! to say my family was disappointed I would be an understatement as we all day only with quite a lot of just brot with enough meat to finish to add something extra taste! Maybe this was just happening because it was close to time or so. I pray that this is all it is because I hate to think that we never eat again...with the way the dings are now rising with gas prices and food prices, the last thing a customer wants to feel after almost 45 minutes is torn!
