It seemed as though the staff had g... read more I visited the restaurant at 4am to place an order but after waiting for 15 minutes, no one came to the drive-through window. It seemed as though the staff had gone into hiding.

The person taking my order was fine, bu... read more I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. I was the only person in line, so they were not busy. The person taking my order was fine, but seemed overwhelmed, which is understandable. However, the person at the window was very rude. She ignored me when I spoke and abruptly shut the window in my face. This was my first time getting food here and it was terrible. The hash browns were cold and tasted old, like they had been freezer burnt. They were ice cold, with no hint of warmth. The croissant was warm, but had a hair on the wrapper and was greasy on the bottom. Despite all this, the cappuccino was the one saving grace as it tasted good, even though they forgot to add the whipped cream that I paid for and requested twice. Overall, I will not be returning to this restaurant.

I came in earlier in the week and got an iced Vanilla Matcha Latte, but they told me it was sugar free. When I came in yesterday, the girl who took my order made a point to let me know that the Matcha had a lot of sugar in it, thanks to Rachel it saved me a lot of confusion in the future!
