The food was cold and had no... read more I ordered two nights in a row, last night, and the night before, thinking that it might have just been a mistake, but I was wrong. The food was cold and had no flavor, I asked for extra seasoning on my fries but got no seasoning at all, and on top of that I worked at a wingstop in another town not even a week ago. So I know how it's supposed to be done and so far my experience with thid towns wingstop is just up right terrible. I honestly was hoping to work at this wingstop but I've changed my mind faster then a heartbeat because if I was to work there it would be bad news for my coworkers because I would tell them how to do it correctly, so they would not like that at all because I will not be at fault because I know I'll cover myself without hesitation. The workers need to learn how to do there job correctly before I ever think about going to work for this wingstop. I would not suggest eating at these wingstops in Abilene. Just terrible.

Obv... read more Absolutely terrible service. Not only did they leave me standing there to watch my own food get cold. The cooks were yelling at a very young lady named bri. Obviously if this wasn't her very first day in the job field it had to be her first day there. No one was actively training her n they had somewhat a slight rush and she was left standing there not knowing what to do. Then after I finally was able to pay n I received my food cold it wasn't even made right. Then they refused to correct their mistake!!! BC of change of ownership???? That's absolutely absurd and I will not be going back. Worst Wingstop experience by far for myself. In fact ID rate 0 stars if that was an option. Im sorry bri but you'd be better off working for a more respectful employer. Good luck to you either way though ma'am.

A woman, who I believe was the manager, kindly informed me that it would be just a minute late. She was very friendly and reassuring, which I appreciated. Overall, I rate this experience with 5 stars. The wings here are fantastic! If you haven't tried them yet, you definitely should because they are amazing!

Every Friday, I order between 30 and 50 wings online, and I can confidently say you have the best wings in Abilene. Unlike other places, you don't keep your customers waiting while ineffective staff run around and ignore them (looking at you, Hooters, and a certain other place). The best part is that they always get my order right. I still recommend checking your orders before leaving, but in the four years I've been a customer, they’ve only forgotten veggie sticks once, and they handled that situation perfectly!
